Privacy notice

This notice explains how the authors of Pricing the Thin Market handle personal data on this site, in line with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

What we collect

Your email address, the dates and times you access the site, which access code label you used and which files you download.

Why

To provide you with the downloads that accompany the book and to send you errata or important corrections. Our lawful basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Retention

We keep this data for 24 months after your last access, then delete it.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data by emailing books@decisioning.uk. We will respond within one month. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

We use no third-party analytics or advertising trackers.
